Material organization:
1.PVDF modified polymer 0.20~0.35mm, provides basic bearing performance, even in the case of a small amount of lubrication also has good wear resistance and low friction factor.
2. Copper powder layer 0.20~0.35mm, with good bearing capacity and wear resistance, good thermal conductivity can timely transfer the heat generated in the process of bearing operation. The composite material can penetrate into the pores of the copper powder ball and improve the bonding strength.
3. Mild steel, providing bearing capacity and heat transfer.
Application characteristics:
The working layer of standard material is designed with oil holes. It is suggested that oil feeding in the early stage of grease lubrication can greatly extend the service life of the product. It is suitable for boundary lubrication or continuous oil feeding conditions. Zxb-22m resin layer thickness 0.1-0.2mm surface without oil hole, after installation can be processed to improve the accuracy of the inner hole.
